Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
  • Personal care items (if opened)
  • Discounted or clearance items

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via Cash on Delivery reversal / Bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash (depending on your payment method).

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures as proof.
